If you like the flavor of berries, then try a Chambord cocktail. Chambord is a raspberry liqueur from France's Loire Valley that brings berry sweetness to drinks with flavors of red and black raspberries that steeped in Cognac with vanilla, herbs, honey, and citrus. Chambord Paloma

- Ice
- 2 ounces blanco tequila
- 1 ounce Chambord
- 1 ounce lime juice
- Chilled grapefruit soda

Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, Chambord, and lime juice. Shake.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with the grapefruit soda.

Clover Club
The original recipe for this classic, pre-Prohibition cocktail calls for raspberry syrup, but Chambord renders raspberry syrup obsolete.
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces London dry gin
- ¾ ounce Chambord
- 1 egg white
- ¾ ounce lemon juice
- Ice
- Lemon peel and mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass.
- Pour the gin, Chambord, egg white, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with no ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 45 seconds to emulsify the egg white and create the foam. Open the shaker and add ice.
- Shake again for another 30 seconds, then strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel and a sprig of mint.
Kir Imperial
The Kir Imperial is a fancier version of the crème de cassis and Champagne-based Kir Royale.
Ingredients
- ¼ ounce Chambord
- Champagne (or other sparkling wine)

- Pour the Chambord into a Champagne flute.
