  6. About fifteen minutes before you're ready to serve, take your custard mixture out of the fridge and set aside.
  7. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and add in the custard mixture.
  8. Stir until the mixture is uniform and then transfer it into individual mugs, topping each with a dash of cinnamon.
